An All-Cycling Weekend for All Cycling Lovers!
Experience breathtaking landscapes and Erie County’s abundant natural resources on safe and spectacular routes, while enjoying the type of community that can only be found at a cycling festival! Rides will guide cyclists of all ages and abilities around Erie’s vast terrain – along sandy beaches and through old growth forests, across our vibrant downtown and our rolling country hills.
As always, event proceeds from Lake Erie Cyclefest will benefit local charities. Beneficiaries for 2022 will be announced soon.
Lake Erie Cyclefest Downtown Slow Roll

The Erie Downtown Partnership, in collaboration with BikeErie, will kick off Lake Erie Cyclefest with their annual Downtown Slow Roll on Thursday, July 28! The family-friendly bike ride will begin and end in Perry Square. More details coming soon!
Tour de West County
Saturday, July 30
Tour de West County is one of the region's oldest recreational bike rides, offering an outstanding tradition of spectacular routes, safety support and after-ride fun. Routes will include ride distance options of 12, 25 and 50 miles on rolling hills, past farmlands and meadows, and along Erie's pristine lake shore. All rides will begin and end at the Asbury Woods Nature Center. More details coming soon!
myPI Sunrise Ride

Cyclists will have the opportunity to become one with the sun at Erie's most popular tourist destination, Presque Isle State Park, during the myPI Sunrise Ride. The flat, 13-mile loop features water views on both sides, and is one of the most spectacular routes in the region. More details coming soon!
See Spot Ride, Ride for Animal Rescue

See Spot Ride, the third annual Because You Care Ride for Animal Rescue, will take place on the lovely back roads of McKean Township in southern Erie County. Only six miles from the Millcreek Mall, the picturesque countryside offers beautiful routes with varying terrain, including both a 40-mile and 25-mile ride. More details coming soon!
