Our venues, our location, our amenities, and the support of the ESC keep event directors hosting here year after year.

LaxBash Tournaments could not have a better partner than the Erie Sports Commission. The entire team is invested in a successful event from planning to completion. The ability and resources of the Sports Commission to help us ensure our participants' and fans' safety is unparalleled. Mark and his team worked hand in hand with local health officials and our safety resource director in developing and reviewing a return to play guide that we have been able to use as a model throughout the Midwest.

I have worked with hundreds of chambers of commerce, visitor bureaus, and commissions during my 10 years of organizing events for Rally North America. There are many more that I have walked away from due to a lack of understanding regarding our group's needs. I can say that the Erie Sports Commission is one that I’m glad to have had the pleasure of working with. They go out of their way to understand what is required to make your event successful, and deliver on their promises in a timely and professional manner. They genuinely care that they have done everything they could to make your event successful. If you are looking for a group that can support your event the right way, look no further.

The Erie Sports Commission played a big role in assisting Gannon University to bring the NCATA National Championship to Erie. The support they provided throughout the process was exceptional, most notably in local media promotion and in providing a welcoming environment for all the competitors and fans. We received numerous compliments from those who attended the tournament that were a direct reflection of the energy and time invested by the staff at ESC. We look forward to working with them again!

As the Race of Champions continues to rebuild one of the marquee events in all of short track racing, the Erie Sports Commission has provided a commitment level to the event that has been outstanding. The staff should be proud of the welcoming atmosphere that they have created for hosting events in Erie.

The Erie Sports Commission was a huge part of us pulling off one of the most successful B.A.S.S. Nation Mid-Atlantic Divisional Championships in recent memory. Their organizational skills and many contacts within the community made the event a success. The B.A.S.S. Nation national office, as well as the Pennsylvania B.A.S.S. Nation, hopes to work with the Erie Sports Commission to bring more national and local B.A.S.S. tournaments to Erie in the future.
