Keystone Bass Buddy Circuit to Host Championship in Erie

Erie, Pa:  The Erie Sports Commission is pleased to announce that the Keystone Bass Buddy Circuit (KBBC) will host its annual KBBC Circuit Classic in Erie on Saturday, Sept. 28.

klogo smThe year-end tournament will feature 25 two-person teams. Qualified anglers must have entered at least four of seven regular-season KBBC events, and finished among the top 25 anglers in season points standings.

“Lake Erie provides some of the best bass fishing in the country, and this tournament will see the KBBC’s top anglers,” said Mark Jeanneret, executive director of the Erie Sports Commission. “We’re honored that KBBC has chosen to host its season-ending championship event in Erie.”

Participating anglers will launch from Presque Isle State Park’s Marina Bay Boat Launch at 7 a.m. Weigh-ins will be hosted in the same location at 3 p.m.

Teams will weigh in a total of four bass with a 15” minimum size limit. Final standings will be based on total weight.
