Lake Effect Hockey will host its third annual Iceberg Challenge Dec. 16-18, 2022! This is one of the best half-ice Mite tournaments in the region and will be held at ERIEBANK Sports Park and see teams from PA, NY, OH, WV, VA and beyond travel to Erie for a weekend of unforgettable half-ice 8U hockey.
New for 2022, teams will play play-in (seeding) games to ensure that teams are placed in the appropriate divisions.
Lake Effect Hockey is a youth hockey tournament organization based out of Erie, PA. The group hosts monthly tournaments based out of ERIEBANK Sports Park, and has hosted teams from as far away as Arizona, California and Colorado.
