The Strongman Corporation National Championships are coming to Erie's Bayfront Convention Center Oct. 20-21! The nation's strongest men and women will compete in six disciplines to determine the strongest men and women in America!
On Friday, the competitors will compete in a max weight sandbag toss, log press for reps, and a new stone event. Saturday's events will include a max trap bar deadlift, yoke/wheelbarrow race, and power stairs.
Weigh-ins will take place Thursday, followed by a mandatory rules meeting, with the action beginning Friday. Competition sessions will take place starting at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. More information regarding sessions and class will be made available closer to the event.
