- State Street between North and South Park row – closed beginning at noon
- State Street between South Park Row and 7th Street – closed beginning at 5 p.m.

Roads will begin to open as final groups of runners pass. All roads should be open by 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Volunteers Still Needed for Run; Partial Proceeds to YMCA of Greater Erie
The YMCA of Greater Erie, the Charity Partner of The Color Run for the 2017 event in Erie, is still seeking volunteers to help in a variety of areas during Saturday’s event. Volunteers are still needed to help at runner check-in on Friday, August 11 at Dick’s Sporting Goods, and on Saturday, August 12 at the finish line festival in Perry Square.
As the charity partner, the YMCA of Greater Erie will receive a portion of the proceeds from The Color Run. The YMCA will use the funds to benefit the Downtown YMCA’s Wellness for Veterans Program, which provides free wellness programs and YMCA memberships for veterans.
